The Tab S3 has a 9.7” Super AMOLED display with a 4:3 aspect ratio and 2048 x 1536 resolution.

The S Pen is included in the box- a Wacom EMR pen with 4,096 levels of pressure sensitivity. An optional keyboard case is available for $130. The Tab S3 has a 13MP rear camera, 5MP front camera, WiFi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 4.2 and a GPS. At launch there’s no model with cellular, but that will likely come in the future. It sells for $599.

  1. Great tablet for basically everything. https://www.youtube.com/post/UgkxLNmVocUk8tnSkwWIlYSNFzWRIaFTBuzS I bought it specifically for art, and that 4k screen is really fantastic for it! Also has LOUD audio, even tho the speakers aren't in necessarily prime locations it really projects! You do need to get a case for this bad boy IMMEDIATLY though as it doesn't come with one.Battery life is really good! Standby time us FANTASTIC. This guy can go about a week on standby and be just fine. The screen is massive so the longer you have the screen on, brightness especially, it will effect battery life. I am very happy with it though! One thing that I didn't consider is that since the screen resolution is so high, viewing ticktocks/ reading webtoons can be slightly blurry. There is no way to turn down resolution either, so it just be like that.Would still judge this bad boi at 10/10 for my first tablet. I've had it 3 months now and its not shown any evidence of "slowing down" or anything. Love it!

  2. This is overall my favorite item to use JustU.Faith/Glaxy_TabS Couple it with a stand so you can watch movies and its perfect. Its touch sensitivity and high clarity makes it easy to forget you're on a tablet. I honestly watch movies plenty on this and the s-pen works very well for writing or drawing on my free time.

  3. Did you review the Samsung Galaxy Tab S4 released in 2018? If not, is there any particular reason why you didn't review it?
If you did review it l, I can't find it. Can you respond with a link to your review? Thx

  4. Hello Lisa, can we expect the new TAB S4 Review with DEX? It would be great, i am on the hunt for some travel multitasking device and cant deside between 2in1 small notebook, android tablet with DEX, or NOTE 9 🙁

  5. Hello, I really enjoyed your review and am considering getting this tablet. I just wanted to know how laggy it gets after using awhile, comparing to the ipad 2018 version. I know some android devices tend to get laggy in the long run

  6. I don't why Samsung don't put the S-pen in the device like the old ones; keeps you from not losing it. I have note 8 tablet, and I still have my stylus because I always put it back in the device. I think they want people to lose it, so they can make more money!

  7. Tablets are a little confusing, I personally like the smaller 8 inch or even the 7 inch when they had the 16:9 ratio. I don't like the square screen. I like the rectangle screen much better. I mean, our phones are rectangle and our TV are rectangle for a reason, it looks better to our eyes. Look at the S8 line of phones, they even thinned them out more and made them more rectangular.

Its awkward to hold a square tablet even with a case. Getting a keypad for these tablets also seems absurd to me. why not just buy a thin laptop then? The point of a tablet is mobility and portability right? I want to be able to hold a tablet comfortably to watch shows and play games. I think that's what they are really for. So the squared off screen with the 4:3 ratio is off to me. look at the video on the 4:3 ratio, they cut off the top and bottom of the screen. Its wasted screen real estate. the 16:9 looks much better as it uses all of the screen. If they kept that ratio with the nice resolution and upgrades, I would definetly want a newer Samsung tablet.

    Just my opinion.

  8. I have an ipad air. I have been considering the new ipad with pencil support for $329 and another $100 for the pencil. My concern is how well do these tablets hold up? My ipad has been holding up well and im opened to trying something different , im just concerned about the quality. Any advice would be appreciated

  9. You should try Artflow! It's my fav art app on my Note 3 phone. Easy interface, great brush and layer options similar to Photoshop. 💕

That said, been loving your reviews! I am in the market for a mobile sketch device. This one I want for web browing and sketching…but I also want a Samsung Notebook 9 pro for a full laptop. Love that S-pen. Really want that 13.3" pen one but you said it gets hot so that kinda worries me.
