I have a very bad experience with Sumsung Fold 4 and very bad experience with Sumsung's customer after sale services , it LCD not functioning just after few months ( not able to connect to wifi , not able to connect hot spot, the front external screen not responding, not able to detect the Sims card and a lot of Sumsung phone users facing the same issues . The customer service team lost my phone data and yet made a policy to erase all our phone data before send in for any services , I worry same problem with come back again and again

ZFold4 owner here, coming from the ZFold3. Crazy experience to relay. Yesterday my device flew out of my vehicle in the middle of traffic, got ran over. The interior and exterior screens are still fully functional and not damaged at all. The problem is that my camera module no longer works, and the back glass is shattered.😅😅😅 Safe to say durability is not a compromise of these devices now. I'm a believer.
