Hello please I want to choose between the s21 and 11 pro any advice
I got the s21 and I've had nothing but issues out of it

I'm upgrading from a Moto G7, which has been a fantastic phone, especially for the price. Total storage on my Moto G7? 64 internal and 64 SD card. After 3 years, both still have lots of space. So, the S21 is perfect for me.
I always used an SD card but find it humorous that people can't just transfer to PC and PC to new phone. Maybe they don't have PCs?

THIS is a nice phone but I don't like the fact that samsung have removed the SD card slot so this why I'll be sticking with my Galaxy s20 ultra phone witch I think is better then the galaxy s21. I'm was a big fan of samsung galaxy phones but not to pleased with the removal of sd card slot. I have to give this phone the thumbs down. Come on samsung what are you doing

You assume rapid fire swipes and clicks can be absorbed at the same speed you send them. Many people are here to LEARN something NEW, and it takes a longer moment to absorb and integrate information, than the rate at which you fire out. How about an occasional pause between information packages?
It would've taken next to nothing to just have the dual SIM slot act as SIM + SD Card, it would've taken next to nothing to build in a 3.5mm jack, it would've taken next to nothing to put it in a decent charger brick into the package. This is all that it took.
I actually really enjoy the glastic back. Got to try the phone yesterday and if you had told me it was some type of coated glass I wouldn't have known. It has a great feel to it, looks perfect in matte, and reduces weight. The only gripe I have with the design is the frame. WHY make it glossy instead of having it brushed and matte as well? That would've made the design perfect for me.

One UI is the best Samsung launcher to date but Nova Launcher is still better & runs great on the S21
The battery lasts a bit longer by taking ofg 5G. Verizon is one carrier that doesn't allow it. However, download Samsung Band Launcher. This app will allow you to disable 5G.
I'm not happy about the heating issue the phone has. It's a great phone, very smooth. But it does heat

My s10 cannot software update & I had to factory reset it several times to get it to work normally. Now it does work but can still not install software update & sometimes apps keep crashing. I really didn't want to get a new phone but since my s10 is being problematic I am having to decide between buying s20 or s21. Anyone has any advice or thoughts?

I will wait for s22. Hopefully by then they will bring back the sd card and better battery life. As for now, s10e is better in most aspects, except the battery life could be better. Perfect size as well.
I agree about the SD card. I've used one in my Samsung Galaxies for six years but noticed that I just don't put anything on the card. I never use even a third of the internal storage. With Google Drive storage, Adobe cloud storage, and Samsung's own cloud storage I just don't need the SD option. Just got the S21 Plus a few days ago and opted for the standard 128 GB model. BTW I came from a Note 9 with a very high res screen. Never noticed at all the lower res of the new S21 Plus. Very happy with the screen and the refresh rate.
I've got Tab S6 and I have hard time thinking about going back down to full HD other than the fact my current phone is the iPhone SE 2….120 hz does catch my interest in addition to One UI 3.1….but I love iOS simplicity and improvements with T-Mobile Max plan on the phone screen and 60fps on 4.7" is sweet!
I own S9 and stil trying to find a justified reason to upgrade to S21, but can't really find one.
