I had problem with Z fold 4 hinge joint, the fold not opening fully. Its been exactly 1 yr & 6 days since dt. of purchase, the service center informed 48.5K will be required. Now one may understand whether to go for fold handset or not. 🙂
There is nothing that Samsung did. Looks like any Apple product, their companies literally copying Apple, however you can only do so many designs. However you have to make sure it looks different, just like when you go buy a car some cars look different but essentially all a car that drives some have motors. Some have EV batteries.
Samsung have let us down with the Ultra Watch that looks like its heading towards the Apple watch shape. Ive always loved the circular design which made Samsung stand apart. Now there is the circupar inside on a rectangular base. Not good at all. This was a big let down.
Come on Samsung can you please stop the Apple similar design business decisions. The Air Buds and Ultra watch design are all copies of Apple's products. If I wanted an iPhone look and feel I would, throw up in my mouth, I would join that Ecosystem.
The reality is I am now part of the Pixel ecosystem due to Samsung adapting Apple's business model (Design, Pricing etc).
The upgrade from 3 to 6 are insignificant. We need a front display size similar to a working phone, no crease, SPEN embedded, bigger battery, at least 10mp main (unfolded) display front facing camera, AND 5G compatible material that will not cause the fold to overheat. My fold3 has been concerningly overheating after my mobile provided are switching the towers to 5G.
So this was just a galaxy AI event. They didnt even really go over the details of the fold. Like dust protection or water protection. They were just like, "here it is, and isnt galaxy AI gonna be great?"
I traded in my Buds2Pro for the Buds3 Pro. The big tests are the call quality and ANC. We'll see on 7/24 if my Apple Airpods Pro2 find a place on the shelf.
Meh, overall. I wasn't expecting much change with the phones. I have the ZFlip 5, and Watch 6, both are great as is. This wasn't enough to upgrade unless I got a killer deal, like I did last year. I was excited about the ring, but it is way overpriced, IMO. $299 is a stretch but probably would have sold me on it, but $399 nope. And never have been a fan of ear buds with a stem, so I will keep my busted up Buds 2 that still sound amazing. So, if you are looking for a good deal on good equipment, go with last years models on everything.
4 day battery life on the ultra at 700.00 is ridiculous, you can get a better product from Zepp/Amazfit at 1/4 of the price with a 14 to 20 day battery life. Seems to me that Samsung is only trying to be an android apple clone, customers will be disappointed.
"brooooooooooooo" where's the rotating bezel? how about 5-7 days battery with most of the tracking on and not only100h in power saving. wtf? and what happened to making fun of apple? now you copy them?! i guess i made the wrong choices siding with you. while apple is trying to enhance privacy with iOS you go with google that sell their own mother data for a buck. There was a time when you innovated, that passed 6 7y ago. I'm good I'll pass I'll keep my old ones! I'm not buying into your AI gimmick bs just to have to pay for it later. heck i haven't used any once on my 24ultra
